In person consultation for new clients with a $100 fee prior to the appointment to secure the time slot.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. If you cancel within the specified 24-hour window, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepayment made for your appointment, excluding the platform service fee of $3.30, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund, and the full appointment fee will be charged. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment within the cancellation window without penalty, subject to availability. To cancel an appointment, please contact us via phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
