Jennifer Padilla, daughter of immigrant parents from Tamaulipas, Mexico became passionate of
the legal immigration field at a young age. Being the oldest sibling, she always feared the
separation of her family. Growing up as a first-generation student she experienced many
hardships. Jennifer graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors in
Interdisciplinary Studies and a concentration in Political Science. Jennifer also earned a minor in
Chicano Latino Studies. Her dreams our to pursue her education in the legal field and to
advocate for undocumented families.
